Handle divorce, custody, child support, post matters and the like.
Attorney shall assist with the firm's growing caseload.
The ideal candidate would be aggressive and confident in handling a case from consultation to conclusion (up to and including trial).
Must be willing to appear in Court.
Applicants should be self-motivated, hard-working, organized, and have excellent research and writing skills.
Minimum two years of relevant experience.
Family Part clerkships are preferred but not required.
Must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing; federal admission is a PLUS Must be meticulous, organized and detail oriented; maintaining deadlines is critical.
