We also have a team of service, sales, operations and applications engineers strategically located around the country.
Job purpose CPS America is launching a more focused internal training and development process.
The successful training and development candidate will first assess the needs and gaps in current trainings practices and work to develop and run onboarding and training internally to develop employees' understanding and ability to accomplish tasks.
There should be an inherent want to consistently improve the abilities of co-workers and have the proper techniques and forms to properly train and communicate.
Responsibilities The applicant must be able to identify gaps in learning or opportunities to better educate our employees and new hires.
Using great written and verbal communication skills to articulate training and slide decks to properly onboard and evolve the learning of all current and future CPS employees.
Staying up to date on product development and new product specifications to always have the most up to date trainings.
Attention to detail in discussion of products and procedures.
Qualifications Degree in education or similar experience Passion for learning and communication Ability to identify gaps in current procedures Detail oriented and thorough Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to articulate new concepts and high level concepts in an understandable way Patience when answering questions Job Type:
