We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part time Data Entry Clerk.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems.
This is a crucial role that ensures the integrity and accuracy of our company's data.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently - Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records - Data entry billing
Experience:
Accurate and precise attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals Understands data confidentiality principles and follows them to the letter High school diploma; associates degree in business, administration or related field not required but preferred Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field Willingness to learn and to grow with the company Self-directed and able to work without supervision Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets Pays strong attention to detail Knowledge of touch typing system preferred We offer competitive pay for this position.
This is a part-time role with regular business hours.
