Ethicon, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Manager, Global Customer Quality, to be located in Somerville, New Jersey and may require 10-15% travel based on business needs.

The Global Customer Quality Manager acts as the central process owner for the Worldwide Customer Quality process in Somerville, NJ. This individual provides oversight and management of all Ethicon Somerville customer quality resources and provides site leadership to the management of the daily process of opening new domestic and international complaint files, assigning complaints, updating the complaint database, tracking complaint investigations, generations of responses to customers and regulatory agencies worldwide. This individual sponsors and oversees special customer quality processes such as litigation, AE review and device analysis and partners with manufacturing site leadership, Supplier Quality Management, External Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure customer quality priorities are communicated and aligned to by the analysis sites.
The Global Customer Quality Manager acts as the Ethicon Customer Quality liaison with the FDA and other regulatory agencies. This individual partners with EMEA Customer Quality to ensure seamless process handoffs including MDR and MDV reporting, device analysis, DHR review and system interactions. This individual benchmarks and aligns customer quality process with other MDD entities, executes financial planning and tracking of departmental budgets, and develops the WCQ Team Leaders/Managers while fostering a Credo culture to deliver strong Credo results and a deep bench of leaders.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. A degree in the Scientific, Technical, Business, Engineering, or Nursing field is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of related job experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience is required. A minimum of 6 years of customer facing, complaint handling, customer support or field quality engineering is preferred. Regulatory/Notified Body audit experience is required.
The following certifications are preferred: CQE (Quality Engineer Certification), CRE (Reliability Engineer Certification), CQA (Quality Auditor Certification), CQM (Certified Quality Manager), Certified ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Auditor, and Process Excellence. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is also highly preferred.
This position will be based in Somerville, NJ and may require 10-15% travel, based on business needs.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
