MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SAP INVENTORY OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE
Summary: Under the direction of the Manufacturing Section Leader, the Production Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination of production warehouse resources, raw materials and packaging materials to ensure production goals are met. This position requires close interaction with management, lab technicians, technical specialists, warehouse, engineers and maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
GENERAL
1.Perform SAP inventory operations such as posting finished goods, cycle counting raw materials and packaging supplies, and performing month-end closing transactions
2. Responsible for the Production Warehouse through SAP transactions
3. Ensure sufficient inventories of supplies are available for safe and effective operation of the facility by looking ahead to avoid shortages or downtime.
4. Actively work in the AZM Production Warehouse on a daily basis
5. Transfer material throughout the department using various material handling equipment such as a fork truck.
6. Coordinate annual recertification of all Fork Truck Operators
7. Coordinate completion of daily regulator inspections and hazardous waste management activities.

8. Supervise a material handling work force operating in AZM
9. Establish daily priorities to coordinate activities to ensure efficient use of resources and production requirements are met.
10. Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure productivity requirements are achieved.
11. Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance and clean up off all machines to ensure trouble free operation.
12. Train personnel in their specific duties, and monitor training records
13. Verify effectiveness of training through visual verification techniques and testing to maintain the qualification program per quality system requirements
14. Communicate cross-functionally to solve operational issues.
15. Audit the manufacturing areas to ensure effective implementation of the Quality system, safety program and housekeeping, initiating and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
16. Prepare performance reviews for AZM employees and coach employees to promote desired behaviors
17. Coordinate maintenance activities with production needs such that objectives of both groups are met
18. Provide manufacturing expertise through the MOC process.
19. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality and productivity both individually and as part of a team including management, engineering and operators.
20. Supervise contractors ensuring all safe work practices are followed and work is completed correctly.
21. Work on any shift either permanently or temporarily to satisfy current business requirements
22. Conform to site ESHA policy and procedures and participate in training as designated.
