Job Description:
This position will provide strategic leadership in all aspects of total rewards programs including short- and long-term incentive plan design, accounting for equity burn rates, job evaluation policies and procedures, market data analysis and internal equity analysis. This will be achieved through the identification and monitoring of appropriate marketplace compensation trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices.

Responsibilites:
Proactively assesses and monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revisions as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with trends in Executive Compensation, Sales and Incentive Compensation and all areas of Exempt and Non-Exempt compensation. Ensure recommendations are aligned with corporate objectives (long term and short) and performance management processes.
Develops and analyzes compensation related materials for senior management, compensation committee and board level consideration, including executive compensation: provides guidance for annual compensation budgeting and forecasting providing guidance to appropriate stakeholders.
Establishes the appropriate governance on pay policy changes respecting local labor requirements.
Provides advice, analysis and training for HR team on policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.
Leads the evolution of career ladder/job infrastructure, salary bands and pay ranges, promotion and development cost structure analysis and establishment of ongoing metrics and governance (wherever necessary).
Manages annual compensation planning - pay budgeting and pay for performance salary review - ensuring quality of data and governance for approval is adhered to. Provides expertise in establishing increase guidelines, aligned to agreed-upon budget, and company performance results.
Collaborates with Finance and business partners to ensure payments are calculated appropriate and are approved for payout.
Leads/participates in vendor selection and management for relevant market data. Manages participation in annual surveys, ensuring accuracy and consistency in job matching across region(s) as necessary.
Makes recommendations for changes to total rewards programs/plan components in order to ensure company is effectively positioned within its marketplace
Primary resource for information, problem solving, and communication to senior management as it relates to the architecture and strategy development for all areas pertaining to corporate, executive and equity compensation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Master's Degree and/or CCP preferred

years of progressive Compensation Management with exposure to specialties such as sales compensation, equity compensation, and total rewards
Experience building and implements strong analytic reporting protocols including using advanced Excel models and other technological resources
Ability to build effective partnerships with leadership, external vendors, and HR managers
Strong project management and organizational skills
Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage the function independentlyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
