General Description:
o The position is to assist in the administration of the Lifecycle Management process across three business units: Wound Closure / Hernia Solutions / Gynecare.
Skills Required:
o Ability to interact with others; good influencing and interpersonal skills.
o Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
o Experience in database management
o Ability/Insight to suggest process improvements - this is a new position so there is room to create processes
o Able to work independently with limited information and general goals provided by LCM Managers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Ensuring all information in the LCM Sharepoint Database is up to date and accurate.
o Prepare LCM Council meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and project request updates.
o Prepare LCM based business reports to monitor performance of each business unit relative to LCM Scorecards.
o Train users in LCM Process and LCM Sharepoint Database Request Forms.
o Assist in Change Control projects by assisting project leaders in document database system tasks.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
